Role Overview

We're seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Lead Product Manager with extensive Salesforce knowledge (Sales Cloud, Agentforce Platform, AI) to spearhead the vision and delivery of advanced AI agents that energize our world-class Sales organization. As the Customer Zero, you will establish the product strategy, roadmap, and execution plans for the development of scalable, secure, and impactful AI-powered agent experiences. Your contributions will significantly enhance seller productivity and transform our utilization of the Salesforce platform, driving innovation from within. You will lead a global team of Product Managers dedicated to AI agents and automation platform capabilities while cultivating a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration across cloud services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advanced AI Research & Experimentation: Lead the exploration of innovative AI techniques, including reasoning models and multi-agent systems, to enhance agent intelligence and performance in enterprise applications.
  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and guide the strategic direction for AI agents supporting our Sales teams, with a focus on usability, trust, and delivering business value.
  • AI Agent Development: Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Design, and Data teams to create and implement the roadmap for AI agents deployed in Salesforce & Slack.
  • Data & Content Framework: Shape the strategy on data and content to fuel agent intelligence and effective decision-making.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a high-performing, global team of PMs, fostering alignment and product excellence.
  • AI Evangelism & Innovation: Advocate for AI maturity across teams and serve as a thought leader in scaling autonomous agents.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure cohesion with internal stakeholders across various departments to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of product management experience, with comprehensive Salesforce implementation expertise (CRM, Sales Cloud, Platform, Data Cloud, Slack).
  • Proven understanding of AI technologies, copilots, and agent-based solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing Sales productivity and automation solutions (Lead, Opportunity, Account Management).
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executives and influencing across functions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Lead-to-Cash and Sales GTM processes.
  • Experience with the Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) framework in enterprise product development.
  • Track record of success in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional collaboration and team-building skills across global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications: Agentforce Specialist, Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud, Slack Admin.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture, principles, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with emerging trends in Autonomous AI Agents and their impact on enterprise workflows.

Compensation and Benefits

In the United States, compensation will be determined by factors such as location, job level, experience, and specific skills. Some roles may be eligible for additional compensation, equity, and benefits. Salesforce provides a wide range of benefits to support your well-being, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and an employee stock purchase program. The typical base salary range for this position is $192,200 to $306,600 annually, with select cities in the San Francisco and New York City areas having a range of $230,800 to $334,600 annually. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonuses or equity compensation.
