About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Tax Advisory Services Manager to join our Healthcare department in Lakewood, New Jersey. This individual will lead client engagements and tax teams while providing high-level tax planning, compliance, and consulting services to organizations in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care facilities.

This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with business leaders and play a critical part in shaping strategic tax outcomes for a diverse and growing client base.

Salary Range

$125,000 - $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
• Manage and review complex federal, state, and local income tax returns for flow-through entities, corporations, trusts, and individuals
• Identify tax issues and present planning opportunities that deliver measurable value
• Build strong relationships with clients in healthcare industries by providing proactive, solutions-oriented tax guidance
• Lead and mentor a team of staff and seniors while fostering their development and technical expertise
• Oversee multiple engagements and maintain high-quality service standards across the board
• Collaborate with other departments and firm leadership to deliver seamless, comprehensive client service

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA designation required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with demonstrated tax leadership
• Experience working with clients in manufacturing, distribution, or related sectors is a strong plus
• Ability to manage teams and projects while maintaining strong client relationships
• Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills
