Living Water Pool Service is hiring a full-time Swimming Pool Repair Technician
We are a well-established, family-owned pool service and repair company that has served the LA area since 1981. We’re known for professionalism, organization, and top-quality work.
We’re currently looking for a master-level repair technician with advanced experience diagnosing and repairing pool heaters and automation systems. If you’re confident, independent, and take pride in doing things right—you could be a great fit.
Position Details: • Full-time • $85,000 annual salary • Monday–Friday schedule • Based out of La Cañada and surrounding areas
Responsibilities: • Diagnose and repair pool and spa equipment, especially heaters and automation systems (Jandy, Pentair, Hayward, Raypak, Teledyne Laars, etc.) • Install pumps, filters, lights, salt systems, and control panels • Maintain company van inventory and cleanliness • Communicate with clients and staff professionally • Document jobs clearly with notes and photos • Manage your own repair schedule efficiently
Requirements: • AT LEAST 5 years of hands-on experience with pool equipment repairs and installs • Must be highly skilled in heater and automation diagnosis • Must live near Pasadena or surrounding area • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits: • $85,000 annual salary • Company van and fuel card • 2–3 weeks PTO + 5 annual sick days • Summer bonus + birthday off • Weekends off • 401(k) plan
