Commercial Loan Officer (Owner/User Financing)

Location: Ontario, CA – Local candidates preferred (In-office presence required for meetings/trainings)

Are you an experienced commercial lender ready for a high-upside opportunity?

We’re launching a brand-new Commercial Lending Division and are searching for a skilled Commercial Loan Officer to help us build it from the ground up.

This is a unique chance to step into a role with built-in deal flow from our highly active commercial real estate brokerage, while also growing your own pipeline with no cap on earning potential.

What You’ll Do

Service a steady stream of loan opportunities coming directly from our brokerage partner.

Build and manage your own pipeline of owner-user and investment property loans.

Host occasional finance training sessions for our commercial agents to drive loan volume and referrals.

Work side-by-side with a highly experienced leadership team dedicated to your professional growth.

Represent a new, fast-moving brand committed to becoming a leader in commercial real estate finance.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

●      5+ years in commercial lending, banking, or private lending.

●      Existing book of business or strong referral relationships highly preferred.

●      Licensed with the California DRE (not required before starting).

●      Based near Ontario, CA (or able to reliably commute for meetings and trainings).

●      Entrepreneurial mindset and ready to grow beyond a salary-based role.

●      Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication skills.

Compensation & Earnings Potential
  • Commission-based role with unlimited upside.
  • $3,000 base pay in the first month (no draw deduction), then structured as a monthly draw against commissions.
  • Net collections are calculated after standard deductions (draw + 0.25 bps from monthly loan volume).
  • Sign-on bonus potential for candidates who bring an active, verifiable pipeline.
What does that mean in practice?

A conservative performer (LO1 example) can earn in the range of $100K+ annually.

A mid-range performer (LO2 example) can earn $200K+ annually.

With no cap on commissions, top performers can go well beyond that.
