Salary Range: $70-75/Hr.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry
  • 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Working knowledge with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) tools such as 5-Whys or Fishbone
  • Experience with commercial airplane operation, certification, safety requirements, and procedures
  • Working knowledge of FAA Regulatory Compliance and ODA procedures
  • Experience working with FAA or other regulatory agencies
  • Experience in Commercial Airplane-Systems design or analysis
  • Pilot's license or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead teams in performing detailed Root Cause Corrective Action investigations related to regulatory compliance issues
  • Coordinate closely with functional groups, management, and suppliers to ensure alignment with investigation status and resolution
  • Partner with enterprise groups to continuously improve processes and tools
  • Communicate complex technical issues to a variety of audiences
