As part of the Hartford HealthCare Rehabilitation Network, we are recognized as the premier rehabilitation provider in Connecticut, delivering services across acute care hospitals, long-term care, sub-acute rehabilitation, homecare, outpatient centers, and community settings such as senior centers and schools. Our multidisciplinary team includes specialists in oncology, women's health, sports medicine, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology, all committed to high-quality, patient-focused outcomes.

In this role, the Physical Therapist (PT) will work in a homecare setting, responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment for homebound patients referred for physical therapy. You will evaluate patient needs, determine effective treatment plans, and utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including physical and chemical agents, exercise, and other methods to enhance patients' functional independence.

An ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in physical therapy.
  • A degree from an accredited American Physical Therapy Association school (BS or entry-level master's).
  • An active Connecticut PT license.
  • Current CPR certification.
