Needed for week of 5/26-5/30 MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK THE FOLLOWING SHIFTS Wednesday, May 28 DEFINITION: Per Diem shifts, Hospital shall use its best efforts to request services from Agency at least two hours prior to the beginning of the shift for which services are required and shall specify the number of hours that the Agency Employee is being requested to work. We will also accept the clinician dates they are available if needed. NOT guaranteed hours. Meaning Hospital shall make every effort to notify agency of any cancellation of shift at least two hours prior to beginning of the shift for which services are to be rendered. NOTE: PER DIEM CANDIDATES WILL NEED TO BE CLEARED AHEAD OF TIME. We must receive all required credentials and they will also need to complete WAMC specific requirements, including scheduling date and time to obtain Photo ID Badge for JBDev clocking in/out (time keeping system transfers to Einstein-II VMS for Invoicing and Payment).
