MDS Nurse (LPN or RN) - Cincinnati, OH
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated MDS Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our skilled nursing team in Cincinnati. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely completion of resident assessments and supporting our commitment to quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process.
- Accurately complete and submit MDS assessments within required timelines.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Monitor care plans and provide input for ongoing improvement in resident outcomes.
- Maintain knowledge of current reimbursement and regulatory guidelines.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with active Ohio license.
- Previous MDS experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong clinical and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of state/federal guidelines and reimbursement practices a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
