As our Facility Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing a variety of maintenance functions including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to our equipment and systems including car wash stations, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

Duties:
- Perform and record scheduled preventative maintenances on a variety of systems.
- Troubleshoot failed equipment and provide recommended repair methods.
- Assist in minor repairs on general facility equipment and systems (i.e. electrical, plumbing, doors, gate systems, HVAC, etc.).
- Track work performed through a computer maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Ensure operational reliability and work to improve efficiency.
- Participate in the latest industry standard training procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of all work areas including inventory area and tools.
- Manage and maintain an onsite parts stock inventory via an online maintenance management software.
- Respond appropriately to urgent, emergency, or after-hour issues as they arise.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Two + years of experience of related industry maintenance work.
- OSHA 10-hour general industry course complete before engaging in work on site.
- Proficiency working safely with hand and small power tools.
- Basic knowledge of facility equipment and facility maintenance programs and procedures.
- Proficient understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Strong knowledge of safety principles and practices.
- Ability to identify and recognize unsafe conditions or work practices.
- Effective communication skills.
- Keen
attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, and typing are required.
- Professional in appearance and character.
- Able to work well in a collaborative environment.
- Valid Driver's License and Insurance.
- Frequent standing, ladder use, walking, and sitting.
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent requirement to bend, stoop, crouch, lift materials overhead.
- Must be able to work at computer or desk area for extended periods of time.
