Construction Superintendents/ Onsite Supervisors

We are hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent / Onsite Supervisor to oversee daily operations at construction sites. This individual will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and site activities
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure project goals are met
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies on-site
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectors
- Resolve on site challenges quickly and efficiently
- Superintendents 7 years plus supervisory experience building multi family apartments
- Proven experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Onsite Supervisor
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- OSHA certification preferred
Employment Type: Monday- Friday (Seasonal)
Pay Rate: $22.00/HR
Pay-Rate Ranges: $22.00/HR- $85.00/HR
