We are actively hiring for Business Process Consultant
Location: Tallahassee, FL (Onsite)

  • Perform in-depth systems process analysis and design
  • Develop new processes to improve efficiency
  • Identify process gaps, develop performance measures, and implement improved practices
  • Serve as the technical expert, advising leadership on technology and process improvements
  • Ensure solutions align with current and future program goals
  • Assist in planning and prioritizing business process engineering activities
  • Integrate business unit goals with department objectives
  • Minimum of seven (7) years in IT, with at least four (4) years in process engineering and two (2) years in project management
  • Certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt)
  • Strong skills in mapping business processes, identifying bottlenecks, and analyzing inefficiencies
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN software (e.g., Bizagi or ARIS)
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership and motivational skills
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards relevant to the corrections industry (e.g., HIPAA, CJIS)
  • Experience in designing processes that comply with industry-specific standards
Education:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required
