**Key Responsibilities:**
- Underwriting and Production: Produce and underwrite business within the financial lines sector, with a strong emphasis on private and non-profit segments.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and interpret market trends to guide the development and adaptation of underwriting guidelines.
- Leadership and Strategy: Serve as a thought leader within the group, providing strategic insights and contributing to the overall growth and direction of the financial lines team.
- Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk analysis, risk selection, and negotiate terms with brokers to ensure profitable underwriting outcomes.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and other key stakeholders in the market.
