Our client is a well-established construction firm based in Miami, specializing in large-scale renovations, commercial interiors, and new residential construction. Their primary focus is on interiors, office tenant improvements (TI), and high-end renovation projects.
Job Description
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from start to finish.
- Manage project documentation, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
- Prepare and review RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in commercial construction or related roles.
- Strong understanding of interiors, office TI, and renovation projects.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Competitive annual salary in the range of 75,000 to 100,000.
