Job Overview:
Search Solution Group is seeking a Contract Marketing Specialist on behalf of our client, a company that partners with medical and dental practices to help them access Research & Development (R&D) tax credits they often don't realize they're eligible for. The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and client acquisition. This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven marketer who understands how to connect with professional audiences in the healthcare and financial industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Create high-quality content, including posts, articles, emails, and blogs tailored to medical and dental professionals.
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers, associations, and industry partners.
  • Monitor performance analytics to measure success and optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Support the overall brand voice and messaging across all digital channels to ensure consistency and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Bonus: Assist with website updates, landing pages, and basic design improvements as needed.
Requirements include:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
  • Proven experience in marketing to medical or dental practices (required).
  • Demonstrated success in growing and managing social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience developing content strategies and managing influencer or partnership outreach.
Skills:
  • Strong copywriting, content development, and storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and performance tracking.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Certifications:
  • Marketing-related certifications (such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Hootsuite) preferred but not required.
Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, digital trends, and social media algorithms.
  • Understanding of healthcare, dental, or financial services marketing is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or basic website management tools preferred.
