Job Overview
Event Services Group (ESG) is looking for a dedicated and proactive Event Project Manager to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will lead production-based projects from kickoff to final delivery. Ideal candidates will bring strong experience in event production, fabrication, or related industries, and possess the skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and drive projects forward with clarity and precision. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and is passionate about turning concepts into captivating experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage event production and fabrication projects from planning to completion.
- Develop and maintain production timelines and ensure benchmarks are consistently met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate work orders, cost estimates, and production goals.
- Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders, vendors, and management.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client and company goals.
- Conduct site visits and oversee production execution as needed.
- Track change orders and provide regular project status updates.
- Conduct project close-outs, identifying lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in event production or fabrication.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Ability to read shop drawings and interpret technical specifications.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
