At Providence Medical Group SW, our Patient Service Representatives are valuable members of the patient care team in our clinics. We currently have full-time roles available. Here are a list of departments we support in the following locations:

• Call Center: Olympia
• Internal Medicine: Centralia
• Endocrinology: Lacey
• Family Medicine: Lacey, Olympia
• Occupational Medicine: Lacey

Providence Medical Group (PMG) SW is part of Providence Clinical Network which provides an extensive range of ambulatory services to patients throughout Alaska, California, Montana, Oregon and Washington. Required Qualifications:

• 1 year customer service experience.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Two years of community college/business school training.
• Coursework/Training: Additional course work in business or health care related subjects.
• 1 year experience working in a medical setting.
• Physician group practice.
• Experience with electronic medical record.
  

Salary Range:

WA Puget Sound Min: $20.76, Max: $29.08

Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
