Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while aiding your manager in achieving operational, sales, and profitability goals. Your friendly demeanor and responsiveness will ensure that customers have a positive experience, making them feel valued and supported.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently processing customer transactions at the cash register or self-checkout stations and recommending complementary products.
  • Building positive and professional relationships with both co-workers and customers.
  • Providing a courteous and frictionless experience for every customer.
  • Addressing customer concerns quickly and effectively, escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Adhering to Enmarket's safety and food safety regulations, as well as federal, state, and local guidelines.
  • Ensuring food and beverage offerings are fully stocked and available.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in food preparation areas and store premises.
  • Stocking shelves and coolers to ensure an ample supply of merchandise.

Requirements:

  • Customer-centric attitude with a friendly and service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to stand at the register for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
  • Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Physical capability to lift inventory weighing up to 40 pounds and perform various movements including bending and stretching.
  • Strong communication skills, fluency in English with the ability to understand and respond to customer requests.
  • Experience with POS systems, including cash registers and pump controls.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Reports to: The General Manager and Assistant General Manager
