The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for running a busy 3PL warehouse, overseeing inbound and outbound logistics, and ensuring all client orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong operational expertise, the ability to manage teams effectively, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The right candidate will have proven experience in warehouse and logistics management, deep knowledge of 3PL operations, and a track record of improving performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring accountability and high performance.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment for multiple clients.
  • Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with leadership and clients to meet service-level expectations.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing a 3PL warehouse or similar high-volume operation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary: $75,000-$90,000/year
