Role Overview

The Office Operations Manager plays a crucial role in managing HR functions such as hiring, payroll, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and benefits administration. Success in this role hinges on a strong commitment to customer service and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee accounts payable and ensure timely processing
  • Manage resident billing and accounts receivable
  • Assist the corporate accounting team with month-end close and financial statement preparation
  • Facilitate the hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and employee status changes
  • Support department heads with their HR functions

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in business or accounting; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in a management or supervisory role
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll, HR, or related fields
  • Experience in benefits administration is a plus
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • A genuine love for seniors and a commitment to exceptional service
