Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Job Details
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of all product and environmental compliance reporting, including:
- Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) programs
- WERCSmart and OEM platforms
- REACH compliance
- VOC and PFAS disclosures
- Keep our documentation and reporting systems sharp, accurate, and audit-ready.
- Partner with engineering, marketing, and product development to make compliance a competitive advantage.
- Stay ahead of new regulations and help us adapt proactively.
- Assist with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) creation and label reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years in regulatory compliance/reporting.
- BONUS -Familiarity with REACH, EPR, VOC, PFAS.
- BONUS- Proficiency with WERCSmart, Assent, iFord (a plus).
- Sharp eye for detail, organized, and unshakable under deadlines.
