Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their current needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include working one on one with customers in a retail setting, working with new and existing customers, and most importantly, working in a team of people. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and product knowledge. Our team-oriented environment is an excellent place for an individual to improve their skills and collaborate with others to achieve a common goal.
Responsibilities
Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
Explain services to new and existing customers
Providing excellent customer service by helping customers.
Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
Willingness to work well in a team environment
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Full training is provided upon hire
