Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and communicate policies, processes, and procedures while holding staff accountable for their roles.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance community awareness about therapy options.
- Utilize data to forecast operational needs and recommend staffing adjustments.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant regulations and communicate updates to staff.
- Provide exceptional patient care and celebrate the achievements of your team.
Qualifications:
- Current State license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current BLS (CPR) certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited therapy program.
- Minimum five years of rehabilitation experience, including two years in management.
