Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
  • Train team members on all facets of Shack operations.
  • Inspire and manage team members to deliver exceptional hospitality.
  • Lead with a focus on coaching and attaining excellence.
  • Create strategies to enhance brand promotion within the local community through positive word-of-mouth and engaging restaurant events.
  • Ensure adherence to sanitation and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, health codes, and security.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and drive excellence across all levels.
  • Insight into the financial aspects of business operations.
  • Food handler certification preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
