Description

Kam-Way Express Onc is looking for a highly motivated IT Systems Support Technician to provide technical assistance, support, and solutions to end-users across our organization. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our IT systems, networks, and hardware/software platforms.

Requirements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide first-line technical support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, mobile devices, printers, and related equipment.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in systems

• Monitor and respond to support tickets and service requests in a timely and professional manner

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

• Assist with the setup and deployment of new equipment and onboarding of new employees.

• Support routine system maintenance, software updates, and backups.

• Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures, inventory, and support activities.

• Follow IT policies, best practices, and security protocols.

• Provide computer support internally to company employees

• Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.

• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office 365, networking fundamentals, and remote desktop tools.

• Basic understanding of cybersecurity practices.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• A+ or similar IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Office-based environment with occasional travel to other locations as needed.

• May require after-hours support or on-call rotation.
