- Compiling and presenting detailed reports for engineering leadership, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, enhancing their skills and supporting their growth.
- Collaborating with design engineers on PCB layout, routing, and stack-up feedback, while exploring and incorporating evolving high-speed interface technologies.
- Developing thorough validation testing strategies, plans, and procedures to ensure the robustness of designs.
Job Requirements Include
- Expertise in measuring electrical signal quality, including jitter, noise, and timing analysis.
- Proficiency in utilizing advanced lab test equipment such as high-speed oscilloscopes, differential probes, and logic analyzers.
- Deep understanding of signal integrity concepts and frequency domain analysis.

- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, providing mentorship to junior engineers.
- Experience in design or testing of computer or embedded system architectures, particularly Intel, AMD, and Ampere architectures.
- Familiarity with Nvidia and AMD GPU architectures is highly desirable.
