Our pharmacy team is dedicated to delivering comprehensive patient care while ensuring the highest standards of service. As a Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will guide your team to success and play a pivotal role in advancing community health and engagement.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering comprehensive patient care through the processing and dispensing of prescription orders, administering immunizations, and participating in various health programs in accordance with Board of Pharmacy regulations.
- Maintaining effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, and optimal inventory levels.
- Modeling and enforcing excellent customer service practices, ensuring customer needs are met in compliance with company guidelines.
- Leading and participating in community outreach initiatives, motivating associates to actively contribute to their community.
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations by reviewing reports, implementing safety controls, and overseeing quality assurance activities.

Annual Salary Range: $112,000.00 - $197,000.00, with additional compensation based on performance bonuses and certain criteria such as Regional Pay Zone and Complex Structure adjustments.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
- Valid pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (such as APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, or State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in U.S. pharmacy operations.
