Job Description
Position Summary:

The Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a diverse portfolio of property assets, focusing on maximizing profitability, growth, and operational efficiency. This role emphasizes strategic expansion and effective asset management across properties on the East Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations and performance of property assets within the portfolio.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance property value, profitability, and tenant satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for property acquisition, development, or disposition to support portfolio growth.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis for all properties under management.
  • Collaborate with property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance teams to ensure optimal property performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform investment and management decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate portfolio management or asset management.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple properties and driving growth.
  • Familiarity with East Coast real estate markets preferred.
