Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Director of Emergency Services - Community Hospital for an exciting opportunity in Marion, NC.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of applicable leadership experience; 3+ years preferred.
  • Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or multistate compact license.
  • Recent Emergency Department Manager experience accepted.
  • Demonstrated accomplishments and measurable metrics on resume.
Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight for Emergency Services, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Manage staffing, planning, and budgetary functions within the department.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with facility objectives.
  • Lead a team of Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNCs) with direct reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer.
