Job Overview
• A full team of neuroscience experts - General neurologists, neuroradiologists, neurophysiologists, neuro-ophthalmologists, vascular neurologists, dedicated neurohospitalists, advanced neuromuscular specialists, epileptologists/seizure specialists, MS specialists, neuroendovascular therapy specialists, and specially trained nurses and staff all contribute to the comprehensive care provided by our neurology team. • We are 1 half of the greater Baptist Neuroscience Institute with our sister organization Lyerly Neurosurgery comprising the other half. • We boast a collaborative work environment in an outpatient setting. • Our Annual Stroke and Cerebrovascular Conference - A 3-day CME conference hosted by Baptist Health where you will have your CME needs met. • Access to state-of-the-art technology in our Stroke and Cerebrovascular Center that has earned the Gold Seal of Approval by the Joint Commission. • Advanced neurosurgical operating rooms with intraoperative MRI and CT and a neuro-interventional suite. • 72 private suites for medical and surgical neurological care. • A dedicated, 24-bed neuro-intensive care unit for critical care patients.

  • The Baptist Neurological Institute, Northeast Florida's premier center for treatment of neurological conditions of the spine and brain, is actively seeking a Board-Certified Neurologist to join the rapidly growing and highly distinguished clinical team. Ideal candidates will have Board Certification and/or Fellowship training or experience in EPILEPSY/CLINICAL NEUROPHYSIOLOGY and will demonstrate the desire to be an integral member of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team. Successful candidates will have interest in EEG interpretation, expertise/desire to care for neurology patients.
