Where You'll Work

We serve clients throughout the beautiful Rogue Valley: Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Eagle Point, White City, Central Point, Phoenix, and Talent. That means we're looking for caring people right in your community.

Your Role.

As a Right at Home caregiver, you'll help seniors live safely and comfortably at home by providing:
  • Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Companionship and conversation
  • Light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Medication reminders
  • Help with mobility and transportation
  • Safety supervision and peace of mind
You'll also:
  • Follow client care plans
  • Communicate effectively with our office team
  • Keep daily care notes updated in our mobile app
What It Takes
  • Pass a background check
  • Reliable transportation and a valid ID
  • Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
