What you'll do:
- Analyze, design, and support network infrastructure across multi-platform environments.
- You'll review network architecture, evaluate hardware/software requirements, and provide technical guidance throughout planning, installation, and implementation.
- Daily work includes analyzing traffic and utilization, testing and validating network equipment, troubleshooting hardware/software interfaces, and collaborating with users, vendors, and technical teams.
- Support security compliance, address vulnerabilities, maintain documentation, monitor network performance, and assist with disaster recovery processes.
- This role also supports network migrations, security remediations, and next-generation networking tools like Cisco ACI and automation.
- Advanced knowledge of networking, communications, hardware, and software
- Strong troubleshooting, analysis, and customer service skills
- Experience with network monitoring, analysis, and security utilities
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in 24x7 fast-paced, multi-platform environments
