This full-time Registered Nurse position supports a high volume, fast paced interventional pain management clinic. The RN serves as the lead clinical nurse, managing day to day operations, patient flow, safety protocols, and communication between physicians, CRNAs, and clinic leadership. This role includes pre operative assessments, PACU recovery care, assisting with procedures, and ensuring the clinic is fully prepared and properly staffed. The schedule offers strong work life balance with three 12 hour shifts per week and no weekends or holidays.
Requirements
• Current RN license in Louisiana
• ACLS certification
• At least two years of experience in critical care or PACU
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to stay calm during emergencies
• Excellent communication, organization, and clinical judgment
• Willingness to travel to the Baton Rouge location one day per month
• Preferred but not required: experience in interventional pain management and bilingual abilities
