Permanent Internal Medicine Physician - $100K Sign-On + Loan Repayment | Clinton, IA
Location: Clinton, Iowa
Full-Time | Outpatient | J1 Visa Candidates Accepted

Position Overview:
An established outpatient practice in Clinton, IA is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a collaborative team. Step into a busy, autonomous environment with a strong existing patient panel, hospitalist support if preferred, and access to subspecialists in Rheumatology, Nephrology, and Pulmonology.

Practice Highlights:
  • Outpatient-focused setting
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Team: 3 Internists + 1 APP
  • Ancillary services onsite; EMR system in place
  • Inpatient care supported by contracted hospitalist group
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary (guaranteed 1st year; discussed at interview)
$100,000 Sign-On Bonus

CME: $5,000 annually

Candidate Requirements:
• BC/BE in Internal Medicine (must certify within 3 years of residency)
• Iowa medical license or eligibility
• Clean malpractice/licensure history preferred
• J1 visa accepted (H1B not accepted)
