Job Description:

Are you passionate about driving innovation through low-code solutions? In the role of Solutions Architect for Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot, you will play a pivotal part in designing and implementing scalable and user-friendly solutions that revolutionize business processes. You will be the champion for the adoption of Power Platform and Copilot technologies, working hand-in-hand with stakeholders to deliver automation, integrate AI, and enhance processes that align with business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create guiding principles for application implementation across the firm.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define specifications, procedures, and technical standards for application development initiatives.
  • Utilize technical principles to develop solutions to complex business needs.
  • Identify dependencies across systems and evaluate alternate technologies to enhance productivity and core business capabilities.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and vendor solutions.
  • Work directly with business users to gather requirements, analyze challenges, and convert needs into efficient low-code solutions.
  • Maintain application roadmaps, technical standards, and best practices for low-code development.
  • Mentor business users and citizen developers to promote Power Platform and Copilot capabilities.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to boost business processes and productivity.
  • Design interfaces and integrations for seamless data flow between applications and systems.
  • Document standards and procedures for solution design and deployment.
  • Conduct architecture and code reviews for quality assurance.
  • Monitor performance and recommend optimizations for maximum business impact.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience, with equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Work Location: United States - Nationwide

Skills and Abilities:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot technologies.
  • Strong understanding of low-code development principles and frameworks.
  • Proven collaborative skills with business users to translate needs into user-friendly solutions.
  • Experience with data modeling and integration patterns.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated initiative and accountability for results.

Pay Range: Minimum: $101,150, Maximum: $176,987
