Position: Personal Trainer Location: Burn Boot Camp Burlington Hours: 10-20 hours per week Shift Times:
Monday-Friday: 4:15 AM - 11:00 AM, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM
About Burn Boot Camp Burlington: Burn Boot Camp is a vibrant fitness community dedicated to empowering both women and men to become stronger, healthier, and more confident together. Our mission is simple: to change lives through fitness and community. We specialize in high-energy Group Fitness Camps and are looking for a Personal Trainer who shares our passion for fitness, leadership, and personal growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and coach group fitness sessions, ensuring a positive, motivational atmosphere.
Train multiple clients simultaneously with personalized modifications and support.
Excel in public speaking and delivering clear fitness instructions to groups.
Provide fitness and nutrition guidance tailored to client needs and goals.
Create a fun, inclusive environment that fosters growth and community.
Demonstrate a desire to grow as a leader and make an impact in the community.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of fitness and nutrition principles.
Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
Ability to motivate and coach multiple people in a group setting.
A passion for fitness, helping others, and being part of a team.
CPR/AED certification (required).
Previous experience in personal training or group fitness instruction (preferred).
