Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a diverse range of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small part imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during procedures, conveying each process with empathy and professionalism
• Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure the delivery of top-quality diagnostic images
• Utilize and maintain imaging equipment, reporting any issues immediately
• Document procedures meticulously and maintain patient records within our electronic medical system
• Keep abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and standards

Educational Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related disciplines
• Preferably completed a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Required Certifications

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
