Job Title: Pipe Foreman

Pay: $20-$30/hour (based on experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman to join our site development team in Orlando. This role oversees crews installing underground utilities, including water, sewer, and storm drainage systems, through to curb completion. The ideal candidate has a strong background in civil site work, understands project plans and specifications, and can manage daily operations, safety compliance, and crew productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate pipe installation activities
  • Interpret blueprints and site plans
  • Ensure safety standards and project timelines are met
  • Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors
Qualifications:
  • pipe installation experience
  • Knowledge of underground utility systems
  • Ability to read construction drawings and use layout tools
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
