Job Description:

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences that leave a lasting impression.

  • Efficiently handle sales transactions at the cash register, providing friendly and prompt service to every customer.

Customer Experience

  • Warmly greet customers and offer assistance with product selection and services to ensure their satisfaction.

  • Promote best practices by sharing exceptional customer service techniques with team members, such as maintaining eye contact, being courteous, and proactively offering help.

Operations

  • Ensure fast, effective, and friendly service for every customer interaction.

  • Recommend products and suggest companion items to enhance the shopping experience.

  • Accurately register customer transactions, handle cash, and process returns and exchanges as needed.

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters and shelves, while assisting with inventory and product pricing.

  • Follow company asset protection procedures to help reduce loss.

  • Adhere to state and local laws regarding the sale of regulated products.

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of in-store displays, ensuring they are visually appealing and effective.

  • Support the organization and rotation of food items according to established guidelines.

  • Utilize store systems and equipment at a basic level to support daily operations.

  • Provide customer service in the photo area, offering various photo services and promoting related products.

  • Manage web pick-up tasks by monitoring orders and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

  • Contribute to the overall cleanliness and orderliness of both the interior and exterior of the store.

  • Respect company policies and foster positive relationships with coworkers.

  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Training & Personal Development

  • Participate in training sessions and complete required learning modules as requested by management.
