Imagine One has an immediate position available at NAS Patuxent River, MD for a Program Analyst, Journeyman to support the P-8A Joint Program Office (JPO) IPT in the MPRA Program Office (PMA-290). This position requires knowledge of IPT organizational concepts, major weapon system acquisition, program management, financial/TWB/spend plan management, contract management, and development of program documents. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently. Experience with procurement package processing, NAVAIR contracting processes is required. Experience with Procurement Planning Conferences (PPCs), Procurement Planning Agreements (PPAs), Statement of Work (SOW), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Procurement Request (PR), Request for Proposal (RFP), Technical Evaluations (TechEvals), and program milestone tracking is also required. Experience with JPO shared and unique funding, Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Acquisition Management System (AMS) tools (Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT), Procurement Management Tool (PMT) and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) tool) is desired. Knowledge of mission/training systems, avionics, subsystems, Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) management and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) management and maintenance/logistics is desired. Experience working with large DoD contractors is also desired.
This position requires a BS or BA degree in Business Management, or relevant technical discipline and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in program management or technical/business analysis discipline related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management. An AA plus two (2) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for the college degree; or four (4) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for the college degree.
The individual must be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
A current SECRET security clearance is required.
