The OpportunityWe are looking for a Senior Computer Scientist to help scale our Experience Engineering initiatives. In this role, you will drive and orchestrate complex solutions bringing together our best in class creative & experience products, enabling millions of users worldwide. With a deep understanding of software development processes and a keen eye for detail, you will ensure flawless execution and deliver high-quality outcomes. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer with diverse experience and a passion for building scalable solutions.
What you'll Do-
Build and deploy personalized multi-channel journeys and experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Contribute to platform strategy and evolution, employing your understanding of design principles and industry standards.
Design, develop, and maintain tools, APIs and services that enable MarTech workflows, including integrations with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) ecosystem.
Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment, ensuring robust and maintainable solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or comparable practical experience.
10+ years of experience in software engineering.
Solid understanding of platform architecture or experience building platform-based solutions.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products or similar MarTech platforms is a huge plus.
Expertise in at least one programming language - Java, C++, React or similar.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In Washington, the pay range for this position is $190,200 - $275,400
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
