Fort HealthCare Pediatrics, located in beautiful Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join our dedicated team in a traditional pediatric practice setting. This full-time opportunity offers a supportive, collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance and high-quality care.

Position Highlights:
  • Flexible, Balanced Schedule:
    • Four clinic days per week with one administrative day
    • Average 15-22 outpatient visits per day
    • 1:1 rooming staff support and in-clinic triage nurses
    • AI dictation software for efficient documentation
  • Equitable Call Schedule:
    • Shared 1:4 call rotation with flexible scheduling
    • Minimal inpatient admissions (primarily bread-and-butter pediatric cases)
    • Newborn rounding and attendance at high-risk deliveries/C-sections
    • Approximately 300 births per year
  • Collaborative Team Environment:
    • Strong support from experienced pediatric colleagues and nursing staff
    • Integration with a broad range of in-house specialties
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Total annual compensation range: $250,000 - $274,900
    • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and more
    • Eligibility for student loan forgiveness/reimbursement programs
