What You'll Do:
  • Welcome and assist service customers with professionalism
  • Schedule appointments and manage service calls
  • Provide clear repair estimates and timelines
  • Coordinate with technicians and monitor repair progress
  • Deliver exceptional service - every time
  • Recommend additional services when appropriate
  • Support Service Manager with daily operations & paperwork
What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years as Service Advisor/Writer or 1+ year as Assistant Service Manager or strong Sales background
  • Strong customer service & sales skills (up-selling a plus)
  • Excellent communication and organizational ability
  • Comfortable with service management systems & computers
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License with clean record
  • Flexible availability, including some evenings & Saturdays
