Position Overview:
This position is suitable for individuals qualified as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). You will work collaboratively with patients and their support systems to assess, diagnose, and treat their needs, employing various evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing specialized psychotherapy services to reduce symptoms related to psychiatric and/or substance use disorders.
- Conducting thorough evaluations and risk assessments.
- Implementing effective treatment plans under clinical supervision.
- Engaging in individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions.
Qualifications:
We are eager to meet candidates who possess:
- A Master's degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Counseling, or Family Therapy).
- A valid Oregon state license in one of the applicable areas (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) upon hire.
- A minimum of 2 years of post-master's experience in a behavioral health treatment setting (specific requirements vary by role).
- A drive to provide outstanding patient care in a respectful, empowering environment.
