About the Role
This position oversees the Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) team serving youth and families experiencing behavioral health crises across Butler, Warren, and Clinton counties. The Program Manager plays a central role in ensuring high-quality, rapid response services. The work is primarily onsite at the Lebanon or Hamilton office and includes supporting field staff across the region.
The schedule typically runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although occasional evening coverage is needed since the program operates from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The organization prefers a flexible schedule that blends standard business days with later-start days, usually a three and two split.
You will supervise a team of ten, including peer support professionals, clinicians, and clinical associates. The team is evenly divided between the Lebanon and Hamilton locations.

- A master's degree in social work or a related human services field.
- An active LISW-S, LPCC-S, or LMFT-S, or be very close to completing the supervisory credential.
- Strong clinical judgment, crisis management abilities, and supervisory skills.
- Previous behavioral health leadership experience.
- Ability to travel locally to support staff in the field.
- Provide ongoing clinical and operational supervision for four therapists, four skill builders, and parent peer support specialists as needed.
- Oversee program operations, including outcomes tracking, financial oversight, and ongoing quality improvement.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
- Report directly to the Chief Clinical Officer.
- Model and uphold the organization's values while fostering a supportive team culture.
- Salary of eighty thousand dollars annually, with limited flexibility up to eighty-five thousand for an exceptional candidate.
- A signing bonus of three thousand five hundred dollars, paid at ninety days, with a one-year commitment required.
- Mileage reimbursement at sixty-one and a half cents per mile.
