Position Overview:
We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to support the end-to-end client experience, with a focus on onboarding, account servicing, and operational coordination. This role ensures that clients receive timely, accurate support while working closely with internal teams to manage account setups, treasury services requests, and ongoing service needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clients within an assigned portfolio, managing incoming requests and ensuring thorough follow-through until completion.
• Understand client needs and take proactive steps to provide a positive, efficient service experience.
• Partner with internal teams-including operations, service, and product groups-to ensure seamless communication and alignment on client matters.
• Coordinate with internal specialists when additional expertise is required, ensuring smooth handoffs and consistent support for the client.
• Recognize opportunities to connect clients with additional banking or treasury solutions and refer them to the appropriate business partners.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong familiarity with banking products, operational processes, and internal service procedures.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email platforms, and core banking systems; experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex requests.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing workloads effectively.
• Knowledge of commercial and corporate account structures.
• Understanding of treasury services, online banking platforms, and related operational tools.

Required Experience:
• High school diploma or GED, plus 3-5 years of experience in a banking, customer service, or treasury support role.

Preferred Experience:
• Bachelor's degree and previous experience working with a variety of commercial or corporate clients, including industries such as healthcare, real estate, government, and commercial enterprises.
