Role Overview

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll own the customer implementation experience, turning pilots into production-ready deployments. You'll act as the bridge between the product and complex customer infrastructure, troubleshooting integrations, building edge-case solutions, and driving meaningful value for early customers.
Responsibilities
  • Implement and deploy the platform directly with customers.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact during onboarding and early adoption.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues across cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and workflows.
  • Build internal tools and features to improve onboarding and deployment processes.
  • Relay customer feedback to product teams and contribute to feature development.
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong technical background with experience in cloud, monitoring, and deployment systems.
  • Ability to work hands-on with customers while bridging product and engineering.
  • Thrives in a small, high-ownership team environment.
  • Flexible and adaptive to diverse customer infrastructures.
  • Comfortable being fully on-site in NYC.
