  • Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols, policies, and quality standards to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence, professional growth, and collaboration.
  • Monitor patient outcomes, staff performance, and departmental operations to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and hospital guidelines for dialysis services and patient care.
  • Manage budgetary planning, resource allocation, and cost containment initiatives to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care.
Candidate requirements Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required; master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration preferred. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in dialysis, with at least 2-3 years in a nursing leadership role. Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
