Your Role as a Dental Assistant:

• Assist the periodontist in surgical and non-surgical procedures, including implant placement and deep cleanings.
• Ensure sterilization, setup of operatory, and compliance with infection control protocols.
• Take and process digital radiographs while supporting all imaging needs.
• Educate patients about procedures and post-operative care for optimal outcomes.
• Organize and maintain treatment areas while keeping documentation current.
• Provide compassionate, high-quality chairside care to enhance patient comfort.

What We Seek:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Graduate of a dental assisting program (preferred).
• 1+ year of experience in a dental assistant role, ideally in a surgical or periodontal environment.
• Current CPR and radiology certification (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care.
• Reliable, professional, and eager to contribute to a team.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $25-26/hour.
• 8 Paid Holidays + 3 Weeks PTO for full-time employees.
