Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: Approximately $120,000+/-, depending on experience and skill level.

As a Senior HRBP, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our property leaders, Regional Directors, and Executive Team. Your work will directly influence organizational health, leadership capability, and performance outcomes across WSLM. What You'll Do
Strategic Partnership & Leadership Consulting

• Serve as a strategic partner to executives and regional leaders on business strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design.
• Translate business goals into practical people strategies that elevate performance and culture.
• Use HR data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and influence decisions.

Leadership Coaching & Accountability

• Coach leaders at all levels to excel as Ambassadors, Consultants, Collaborators, and Coaches.
• Provide direct, constructive coaching that strengthens leadership capability and promotes consistent performance.
• Hold leaders accountable to expectations, culture, and operational excellence.

Culture, Engagement & Recognition

• Strengthen associate engagement using insights, surveys, and data-driven action planning.
• Champion WSLM's Personal Touch Culture and reinforce core values in every interaction.
• Promote internal recognition initiatives including GOAT awards, tenure milestones, and service recognition.

Operational HR Excellence

• Advise leaders on workforce planning, staffing ratios, hiring needs, and overtime management.
• Guide senior leadership on multi-state compliance, complex associate relations, and employment law.
• Support or lead enterprise programs such as GROW, Crucial Conversations, Leadership Immersion, performance management, and succession planning.

What You Bring

• 7-10 years of progressive HR experience with strategic HRBP responsibilities.
• Expertise in leadership coaching, executive influence, and complex people dynamics.
• Strong business acumen and ability to link people decisions to financial outcomes.
• Ability to use data to inform strategy and strengthen organizational performance.
• SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
