Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and attract potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
  2. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  3. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  4. Ensure timely and organized communication throughout the hiring process.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
  6. Document all candidate interactions and progress.
  7. Initiate and manage reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
  8. Stay informed on industry trends to improve recruitment strategies.
  9. Represent Venza Care at job fairs and networking events.
  10. Partner with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  11. Participate in recruiting roundup meetings and training sessions.
  12. Process bi-weekly payroll for facility employees
Qualifications
  1. Experience in recruiting or staffing coordination preferred.
  2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  4. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and job boards.
  5. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience.
